Plant Therapy Spearmint Essential Oil

Fresh and minty, Spearmint is just the cool, energizing, multitasking oil you need in your collection. Softer than its minty counterpart Peppermint, Spearmint is safe to use around the whole family. Its cooling properties make it great for giving you a refreshing boost of energy while also helping improve concentration and easing emotional agitation. This amazing oil is also great for helping quell queasiness and relieve tension headaches.

Directions

To help energize the body and mind, add 4 drops of Spearmint Essential Oil to an ounce of bubble bath. Add this mix to 1/2 cup of Epsom salts and swirl into a lovely warm bath. To releave a queasy stomach and bloating, add 2 drops of Spearmint Essential Oil and 1 drop of Coriander Essential Oil to 1 teaspoon of carrier oil and apply to the abdomen. 

Blends well with: Bergamot, Carrot Seed, Dill Weed, Sweet Fennel, Jasmine Absolute, Lavender, Peppermint, Vanilla CO2, Wintergreen.
