Rosemary Essential Oil is a stimulating, warming, and refreshing addition to your essential oil collection. High in 1,8 Cineole, a constituent known for its respiratory support benefits, this essential oil has an unexpectedly fresh, woody, and herbaceous aroma. Use Rosemary to help give your mind a boost when you need to focus, stay alert or get the most from your memory retention. Rosemary is also reputed to help with hair growth, as well as promote a healthy scalp. When you've overworked your muscles, dilute in your favorite carrier oil and use topically for its soothing, warming benefits.
Directions
To help with occasional digestive upset, add Rosemary 1,8-Cineole to your favourite carrier oil and rub in a clockwise fashion over the abdomen.
Before a big test in school, make an inhaler with equal part Rosemary 1,8-Cineole and Lemon. Sniff the inhaler frequently while studying; then just before the test, sniff again several times. When combined with Black Pepper, Rosemary 1,8-Cineole can also increase skin circulation which can be useful in warming massage blends.
Blends Well With: Citronella, Clove Bud, Eucalyptus Globulus, Fir Needle, Pink Grapefruit, Laurel Leaf, Lavender, Lemon, Lime, Sweet Marjoram, May Chang, Black Pepper, Western US Peppermint, Petitgrain, Scots Pine, Tea Tree.
