Ingredients

Contains the 100% pure,undiluted essential oils of Ylang Ylang, Patchouli, Frankincense Serrata, Clary Sage, Sweet Orange, Thyme

Directions

To use during meditation practices, try diffusing this blend or add it to a passive diffuser for a gentler aromatic experience. You can also add it to aromatherapy jewelry or porous beads, such as lava rock, wood, and clay.

If you simply need to unwind (no meditating included!), this blend offers wonderfully relaxing and grounding essential oils that can help you feel calm and balanced.

Aromatic: Diffuse using 2-3 drops per 10 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler.
Topical: Dilute to a maximum of 5% in a carrier.
