Plant Therapy Frankincense Serrata Essential Oil
Plant Therapy Frankincense Serrata Essential Oil
For thousands of years, Frankincense Serrata has been used as incense, for medicinal purposes, and in cosmetics. Whether you’re a beginner or aromatherapy is second nature to you, this is a must-have for your collection. When needing some support for clearer breathing, Frankincense Serrata can help aid in this. When diffused, it gives a green, woody, yet earthy aroma. To help improve elasticity in the skin, try adding this essential oil to your facial serums. In addition, this Frankincense can help to relieve aching muscles and joints when added to topical products.
Directions
For a blend that will help promote clear breathing, add 3 drops Frankincense Serrata, 2 drops Eucalyptus Globulus, 1 drop Rosemary, and 1 drop Spruce or Fir Needle in the diffuser. Frankincense Serrata is highly prized as a meditative, mind-clearing oil, so for a supportive blend add 4 drops Frankincense Serrata, 3 drops Sandalwood, and 1 drop of Cedarwood, Cypress, or Patchouli to a diffuser.
Blends Well With: Bergamot, Carrot Seed, Atlas Cedarwood, Clove Bud, Lemon, Myrrh, Nutmeg, Sweet Orange, Scots Pine, Australian Sandalwood, Spruce Hemlock and Vetiver.
