Plant Therapy Roman Chamomile Essential Oil

With powerful emotional properties, Roman Chamomile is most notable in helping calm the mind and body when going throught feelings of stress, sadness, or irritation. It is also KidSafe, which can be used to help soothe children during temper tantrums. Diffuse it into the air to take in its sweet, fruity, and herbaceous scents. It also holds remedial properties that can help soothe reddened skin and ease discomfort caused by occasional muscle aches.

Directions

To help reduce worry, tension and invite a soothing atmosphere: diffuse a few drops of Chamomile Roman Essential Oil in your diffuser. You can also diffuse before bedtime to help the mind and body relax, getting it ready to fall asleep peacefully.
Add 2 drops of Chamomile Roman, 2 drops of Chamomile German and 1 drop of Pepeprmint to one tablespoon of body wash and add to a nighttime bath to help promote relaxation.
Blends Well With: Bergamot, German Chamomile, Clary Sage, Egyptian Geranium, Jasmine Absolute, Lavender, Lemon, Neroli, Patchouli, Tea Tree, Ylang Ylang Complete.
