Directions

Add Bergamot Essential Oil to your diffuser to boost positive energy and enlighten your mood, especially during feelings of sadness or grief. Dilute Bergamot in a carrier oil to help balance oily skin or clear unwanted blemishes. Add 2 drops of Bergamot with 2 teaspoons of your favourite Plant Therapy Carrier Oil to create a massaging blend; apply topically to the muscle area that are tight and tender.

Aromatic: Diffuse 3-4 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler, combine equal parts of Bergamot, Patchouli, and Pink Grapefruit for an aroma that is amazing and relaxing. Topical: Dilute to 1% for the face and 2-5% for body in a carrier.

Blends Well With: Clary Sage, Cypress, Frankincense Carteri, Egyptian Geranium, Pink Grapefruit, Jasmine Absolute, Mandarin, Nutmeg, Sweet Orange, Patchouli, Black Pepepr, Rosemary 1,8-Cineole, Australian Sandalwood, Vetiver, and Ylang Ylang Complete.
