Add it to your meditation and yoga practices, or simply enjoy any time you find yourself in need of centering and mental relaxation. Its rich, sweetly peppered aroma is also believed to encourage feelings of intimacy, making this a great choice to diffuse or add to a massage blend for a romantic evening.
Physically, Atlas Cedarwood supports feelings of comfort when achy, inflamed muscles are bringing you down. It is also a great addition to your hair care routine; simply add Atlas Cedarwood to your shampoo, conditioner, or hair serum to promote flake-free, soft, shiny hair!
Directions
Aromatic - Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler.
To promote a healthy, flake-free scalp, add a few drops of Cedarwood Atlas to your favorite shampoo and use as directed on your shampoo bottle.
Topical - Dilute to 2-4% in a carrier.
Blends Well With: Bergamot, Clary Sage, Cypress, Frankincense Carteri, Jasmine Absolute, Juniper Berry, Neroli, Pine Scots, Rosemary 1,8-Cineole, Vetiver, and Ylang Ylang Complete.
